How do I check books out?

To check out books, course reserve items, and other materials, you will need a free library card.
Jackson College shares a catalog with Jackson District Library and we use the same library cards. If you already have a JDL card, you are all set! If not, students & JC employees are all eligible to create a card!
To apply for a card, bring your driver's license, state-issued photo ID, or Campus View Resident ID to the main desk and we will have you fill out a short form. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes usually!
