How do I reserve a breakout room?

Breakout rooms can be reserved online up to 24 hours in advance of your desired time. If you'd like to make a same-day booking, you can call the Information Desk at 517-796-8622 or just stop by. Breakout rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis for walk-ins.
Please make sure the email address you use is entered correctly, as this is how you will receive confirmations and other notes from us. All breakout room bookings are manually approved by library staff; if you do not receive an approval and confirmation email, your reservation is not confirmed.
You may make reservations up to 90 days in advance. Only two hour windows may be reserved online; if you'd like to see about an extension, please ask at the Information Desk when you check in.
