I want to borrow a Thing but someone else already has it. How can I be next in line?

We have a wait list for high-demand items, like laptops, but otherwise we can just tell you when the item is due back and you can get it then. We don't allow holds to be placed on items from the LOT through the library catalog.
If you're making a special trip out to campus, we recommend calling us first at 517-796-8622 to make sure that the item you want has been returned!
