Oops. I broke a Thing. What do I do?

Answer

We understand - accidents happen. However, in order to be able to continue offering these items for checkout, we ask that you return items in good working order. If an item is returned broken or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you will be expected to pay for the repair or replacement of that item.

Please let us know if something happens and we'll work with you to figure out a plan!
